I have been a notary for 25 years. Have experience working in title insurance as a escrow officer assistant and business consultant. Have closed commercial, residential, refinance loans, home equity and construction loans. I have worked in California, Virginia and Texas closing every type of real estate transaction with the title companies I was employed with. I am currently living in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. I close transactions in the Greater San Antonio and surrounding areas. I have closed hundreds of transactions in my career. Recently started my own notary business and have closed approximately 105 real estate transactions in a very short time. I am bilingual and speak fluent Spanish. Currently I am closing transactions with lenders and title companies as a mobile notary signing agent. I am familiar with loan documents and title documents.
