Have closed commercial, residential, refinance loans, home equity and construction loans. I have worked at title companies in California, Virginia and Texas closing every type of real estate transaction. I am currently living in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. I close transactions in the Greater San Antonio and surrounding areas. I have closed hundreds of transactions in my career. Recently started my own notary business and have closed approximately 2000 real estate transactions. I am bilingual and speak fluent Spanish. Currently I am closing transactions with lenders and title companies as a mobile notary signing agent. I am familiar with loan documents and title documents.
