I started in the Real Estate sector in 1996 and worked until I later became a loan officer in 1997 and after that in 2001, I became a mortgage broker/banker. I do have experience with funding & closing records being I have remained in this sector for many years. I first became a notary in 2004 until my Notary license expires.

I choose to restore my notary license in February 2013 and started to do I-9s, re-finance, and home sales closings for both buyers and sellers as well as vendors for title businesses all around the nation including San Antonio. I also have experience with ROM as well as DocuSign deals. My ROM system is with OneNote which works fantastic for me.

I have experience in Real Estate closing as well as notarizing all sorts of documents. I have done over 1241 signing transactions since I began as a Notary Signing Agent in 2013 according to my Snap Docs account.

I am additionally a graduate of Notary2pro and a participant in the NNA. I can be available Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and till 12:00 noon on Saturdays. Sunday is a worship day, so I am close.

I operate in Bexar, Atascosa, Comal, Kendall, Frio, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina, Wilson, and Bandera counties.
