I originally received my notary in San Antonio in 2006 and have serviced Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley. I have worked both in the legal field and in real estate with the bulk of my time in real estate the last 7 yrs. I have completed well over 100 real estate transactions as a licensed Realtor with the state of TX and I am now focused full time on being a Notary Signing Agent. My extensive background in real estate not only gives me a great understanding of the loan documents being handled but it also gives me a full understanding of how important closing day is, how important it is to ensure all signers feel confident and secure in their signing and I am fully aware that time is always of the essence.
