I am a licensed attorney with 35 years of experience. I am licensed in Texas, New York and Virginia. During those 35 years of experience I have worked as a title examiner, title closer and escrow officer. I have been a Texas notary public since 2012 and have conducted multiple closings, both residential and commercial. I was working as a title examiner for an oil and gas firm when Covid began and the work dried up. Currently, I work for myself preparing wills and trusts and doing court appointments in estate and guardianship proceedings. I am looking to expand my practice to include traveling real estate closings. I am friendly, reliable and knowledgeable.
