I also have access to a Realtor if you are in the process of looking for one. I do take pride myself in being professional and accurate in my signings, to be punctuality, personal appearance, and the reflection of myself and my profession to each client. Every document is reviewed carefully before sending back to the loan processor and/or bank, title company. This ensures that my clients will receive complete and accurate packages each time. I do speak fluent English and Spanish. I accept e-documents and own a 2 dual tray laser printer, and fax if needed. I am available 24/7, with at least a 2-4 hr. notice. I am flexible with my schedule, and also able to do evenings and weekends. I am fully insured, with E&O Insurance & Bond. Certified NNA, Background Screened, Fingerprinted in the state of Texas. I have server the Greater San Antonio Metropolitan area, and would be willing to serve the cities within New Braunfels, Schertz, San Marcos, and Boerne. I have also gone to Aransas Pass, TX, to complete a signature.
