I charge $125.00 1st set of documents, $60.00 for 2nd set of documentsto the same address, this enclude e-documents. I charge an additional $25.00 to go to title companies or kinkos to pickup documnents which is about 25-30 miles from my location. When i have to travel 60-150 miles oneway i charge an additional $60.00. If required to take photos there is a additional $10.00 charge. I am certified and background completed and passed.
