• Check (and double-check) all documents as I receive them, as well as before I send them back. I take pride in my work and guarantee it---or I will correct it for free.

• Your loan document package will be handled professionally and shipped out promptly after completion.

• All calls go to voicemail when I am with a signer. My sole concentration is on getting your package signed and notarized correctly the first time—and sent back to you in a timely manner.
