I have professional relationships with several FedEx and UPS businesses in my area, therefore I am aware of cut off time for deliveries and those relationships help me not to miss a cut off. Additionally, it allows me access to print documents with short notice and easily at any of the over 15 locations in the San Antonio area. This is accomplished at NO additional charge to the signing agency, title company or escrow office.

I will always do my BEST not to miss a client signature or notarial signature/stamp, however IF I do miss a signature, seal etc. I will take FULL responsibility/accountability of my mistake and immediately notify the client, obtain signature, scan and mail documents back ASAP at my expense. I understand mistakes are costly and I represent a team of other entities to include but not limited to the lender, title company, signing agency and most of all myself, I take pride in my work, as well as enjoy and respect exceptional customer service. ensure I will never miss a drop off.
I treat people the way I want to be treated, I understand this is an important step affecting people's lives, therefore I make sure I thoroughly understand all of the documents, present myself professionally and knowledgeable of the documents ensuring I only provide a brief synopsis to the client, recognizing the limits of my role.
