I am bonded and have errors and omissions Insurance. As a professional Signing Agent, I stress quality over quantity. I keep you posted throughout the signing process via email, text or phone.
From the moment I am assigned a signing, to downloading documents, to confirming appointments with signers I keep you posted. I make sure that I clearly understand the details given in the instructions from the color of ink to which documents/funds (ID’s if required) need to be collected from the signer. If any questions arise, that I am not able to answer, I quickly notify you so that the signing is successful and error free.
Once my signing is complete, I quickly notify you before leaving the table. I make sure that I fax back/ship documents immediately and then provided you with a tracking number. Quality control is what I offer. I’ve completed the following signings: Seller’s packages, refinances, reverse mortgage,depositions, Home equity, annuities, property tax loans, debt settlements, medical retrievals, powers of attorneys, obtained certified copies of documents from the court house, etc. Please note that I am not currently doing any Texas cash outs. At the moment I don't have an attorney office or title company that I work with. I will in the near future. I am available every day of the week! I’m flexible. I’m mobile. I am bilingual.
