I have reviewed and audited loan documents for over 7 years previously with a high ranked lender. As a closer previously I had to review the notarized portions prior to approving the loan to be finalized. I have requested restamps or missing signatures to be completed for Notarial docs for HUD and Trid loans. FHA, Refinance, Purchase, Power of Attorney, Loan mods, Transfer of deeds, Sellers documents, Notice of right to cancel, 4506, and special request documents. I know loan documents and how they need to be executed and notarized properly.
