While I have recently re added myself to Snapdocs, I have 8 years (2000-2008) as a Notary and NSA in Florida and 4 years (2014-2018) in Mexico as a Notario Publico working with British and American expats seeking real estate or investment properties. We moved to Texas late 2018 and filed for my commission in late 2019.

I understand the importance of being impartial but educated at the same time. I always walk the borrower(s) through the documents especially the closing statement, note, deed, etc. I always make sure the borrower(s) knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan documents.
