William A. James is a Texas Notary and certified Professional Signing Agent. An immigrant from Dominica WI, he studied at San Jose State University and graduated in 1986 with a BSc. In Aeronautics - Maintenance Concentration. In 1987 he became a Naturalized US Citizen and began a 25 yr. career in commercial aviation He served at the Director level. His duties included the acquisition and closing of Company aircraft. Since retiring from the Airlines, he has studied Real Estate extensively and is currently a RE Investor/Entrepreneur. He is also a graduate of Notary2Pro Signing Agent, Beyond the Basics, and Reverse Mortgages training programs. He has travelled extensively throughout the US and currently resides with his wife of several years in San Antonio TX. With this background and experience, at age 61 he is seeking to further his experience in a more exciting aspect of the Real Estate industry.
