Attention to detail ~ I carefully review every document to ensure all signatures, dates, and initials are correct at least 3 times before dropping docs. My mobile printer allows me to print at the table if need be. Timeliness is of utmost importance so I have a portable scanner so you can be assured docs will be returned on time, every time via FedEx or UPS and am able to drop docs for local Title Offices.
While mistakes and errors are rare, I will take full responsibility and correct them ASAP if need be.
Lastly, who represents you at the closing table is crucial so with me you can be rest assured I'll represent your client(s) professionally, every time.
