Attention to detail ~ I know where the initials line is on the Loan Application and not to miss it for joint credit! And I carefully review every document to ensure all signatures, dates, and initials are correct at least twice before dropping docs. My mobile printer allows me to print at the location if need be. Timeliness is of utmost importance so I have a portable scanner so you can be assured docs will be returned on time, every time via FedEx or UPS and am able to drop docs for local Title Offices.
While mistakes and errors are rare, I will take full responsibility and correct them ASAP if need be.
