From 2014 to 2022, I worked at a title company as an escrow assistant. Under this position, I became a notary in 2019 and commonly notarized required documents leading up to closing. Another major task was reviewing all lender documents prior to closing, and again upon completion, before passing them back to the lender for a final review.
With that said, I am very familiar with loan packages and the documents they contain. I am familiar with Title's expectations and practices, as well as where to check for required signatures, initials, and notarizations. I am highly familiar with the closing process, the importance of a successful closing, and the potential consequences of signing errors. I pride myself on having an eye for detail and always meticulously double-checking documents.
I am NNA certified, insured, and hold both a traditional notary commission and a RON commission.
