I am a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, who recently retired after 27 years from the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Field Enforcement Investigator. I traveled extensively throughout Texas investigating real estate brokers, sales agents, and inspectors. I have audited real estate schools and real estate broker bank accounts, conducted interviews and written reports. I have also been an Appraisal Review Board Member for two of the past four years in Grayson County, and listened and decided property tax issues with property owners.
