I am a NNA certified notary, first commissioned on 04/15/2000. I began my career as a banker where I closed residential and commercial loans for 25+ years. I am well versed in real estate lending and comfortable with attorney prepared documents, software produced documents and in-house prepared documents.

When it comes to customer service I understand how important it is to leave the client feeling DELIGHTED! I began my banking career in high-volume retail where I would see 50+ clients on the bank lobby floor on any given day. Never missing an opportunity to leave a client happier than when I first greeted them, I was consistently recognized for 5 star service and trained new associates on the bank's customer service expectations. I spent the latter part of my career in wealth management and commercial lending where I dealt with clients one-on-one for the most part. Client loyalty, relationship tenure and referrals were key indicators of outstanding service. For 20 years I built my book of business with loyal clients and referrals. Wowing clients and exceeding expectations is second nature to me.
