I am a notary with 10 plus years experience, I have my NSA certification. I have also been in the mortgage/banking/finance industry for 15 plus years. In addition to years of experience in the industry I also completed many signings for a few different Title Companies mostly purchase for new homes. County: Montgomery and parts of Harris County. Cities: The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, I will consider signings in other areas. I also have access to an Attorney's office to sign Texas Cashout/HELOC loans, I just require at least 3 hours advance notice so that I can clear it with the attorney's office.
