With me as your signing agent I will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience. I pay attention to detail and ensure that each and every document is properly filled out. This includes if its a signature, signature with date and/or initials. I am knowledgeable on the documents that come in loan packages such as a PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel,1003 and what is needed on the documents to complete them. If a mistake is made, I will be sure to get it fixed for you immediately. I can assure you that all documents will be returned expeditiously and on time immediately following the signing.
