• In March 2007, I became a real estate investor. My husband and I bought, sold and refinanced a lot of properties, we have done more than 40 transactions. I was a mortgage loan officer back in 2004 or 2005. I know loan documents very well.

• In May 2009, I became a full time realtor. Per har.com, I have done more than 300 transactions within 11 years. But there should be more than this number because some homes were not listed on har.com/MLS. You also can see my survey from my past clients that I am a detailed responsible caring professional. I was a top agent from 2011 to 2018, I attended all my closings except a few mail-out closings. I have paid attention to all signing documents.
