Prior military person who is punctual, and will respect the signers time. Attention to detail is a priority for me.

Though I will complete signings in a timely manner, I strive to get it right the first time every time.

I know the mistakes that Signing Agents make, and make every effort to never make those mistakes.

However, should there ever be a reason to return to the borrower. I will halt everything else, and get it corrected immediately.

Documents will be dropped off, or shipped off promptly after signings whenever possible.

Able to give general description of each document in the package, and do packaging.
