I cover Hopkins, Delta, Franklin, Titus, Wood, Rains, Hunt, Camp, Collin, Fannin, Morris, Red River, Van Zandt and Smith counties. I am experienced in refinances, purchases, home equity, seller docs, reverse mortgages, tax loans, modifications and other transactions. I am available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. I am dependable and have a strong work ethic. I am conscientious and detail oriented. My office equipment meets all industry standards and I produce quality documents for each signing. My fees are fair for the areas I cover and I will accommodate last minute appointments if at all possible.
