Stephanie Stear started BlueNote Services in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. She grew her client base steadily over a few months before she started school again. BlueNote faded into the background for 2021 as "life happened". In 2022, her husband, Adam, transitioned from the Army after serving the nation on Active Duty for over 23 years. His foundational passion was and continues to be helping people through streamlining administrative processes, so restarting BlueNote Services (Mobile Notary & Signing Agent) made too much sense to pass up.
