I passed and received my certificate in June 2022 in the State of Texas, I have completed over 40 loan packages that includes purchases, seller packages, refinances and HELOC’s to name a few. I checked documents and identifying credentials for all parties, i make sure that i am on time to every appointment and provide accurate administrative task completion with providing great customer service. I also look for signs of fraud or coercion and refused notarization.
