* I will arrive to appointments on time.
* I will contact the signer(s) should I be running late.
* I will allow signer(s) to sign documents without feeling pressured or rushed.
* I will call the title company, lender or whomever is necessary if either the signer(s) or I have questions.
* I will notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents.
* I will notarize documents in front of my signer(s).
* I will perform two (2) quality checks prior to leaving the signer(s) location to ensure accuracy.
* I will provide signer(s) with a copy of the documents.
* I will provide scan-backs when requested.
* I will drop documents on-time for next day delivery for all closings completed by 4pm.
* In the event of an error, I will do what is necessary to correct the error at no additional fee.
