Humble Notary is a business entity that was created and is owned by myself, ALBERT PRESTON III and I am a Licensed, Bonded and Insured Notary.

I became a Notary Public and created this business for two main reasons:

1.) To serve the community as a public officer for the state of Texas. As you'll quickly see from reading below, a Notary Public is capable of fulfilling many duties that are needed by the public, and we look at each of these duties as our responsibility to carry out by getting your transaction right THE FIRST TIME.​

2.) We decided to create this business to address the growing need for Public Notary officials that are also CERTIFIED LOAN SIGNING AGENTS, we are highly efficient when it comes to accurately taking care of LOAN PACKAGING. One of the main qualities separating Humble Notary from the large group of Notary Public officials that offer this service but have no certification or idea of how to do this job efficiently and free of errors.
