I know the expectation and importance of getting all docs completed correctly and FedEx Dropoffs! I know that missing a stamp/signature/document that it could potentially delay a funding or miss a rate lock. I never stack appts too close together. if I take a signing from you, I will make it on time. No excuses and I always factor in traffic times .
