I am already familiar with different types of loan packages, with many of them being the Refinance, HELOC and Purchase loans. If I am not familiar with a concept I will not hestate to contact the proper authority before the appointment. I am also familiar with many critical documents such as the Closing Disclosure, Various Affidavits, Deed of Trust, Right to Cancel and so much more. I will be very knowledglable with discussing the basic description of the documents so that I can stay in compliance with my role in facilitating closings for you.
