I have completed more than 200 -300 refinance documents, the same number if not more applies to buy/seller transactions and at least 100 reverse mortgages. These numbers are modest regarding 4 to 5 years as a full-time closing agent. This does not include my professional full-time work as a real estate agent for 17-18 to 19 years, with brief hiatus when relocated taking on full-time employment.
