If on a rare occasion that I make a mistake, I will STOP what I am doing and fix it for you, ASAP. Each packet of documents will be returned promptly and as soon as the appointment/signing is complete. I know where each FEDEX is located in my city. As a matter of fact, one FEDEX is located 5 minutes from my residence. I will keep all lines of communications open with you, throughout the whole process.
