Hi, I’m Roy Jefferson Jr., but I go by RJ. I’m a Christian father of three and married to my wife for over 27 years. I recently retired from the U.S. Air Force with over 23 years of service—16 of those as a Logistics Readiness Officer—specializing in Supply Chain Management, Acquisitions, Project and Product Management, Risk Management, Contracting, and Budget Planning.

One of my proudest leadership roles was serving as Squadron Commander of the 438th Supply Chain Operations Squadron, where I led 134 Program Managers across military, civilian, and contractor teams. I’ve also managed high-impact programs, including Phase II development of mobile power generators funded by USTRANSCOM’s SBIR initiative, and served in the V-22 Osprey Program Office (PMA-275), where I gained critical acquisitions experience.

Currently, I serve as the Training Systems Acquisition, Logistics, and IPT Program Manager for the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Community, where I coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective solutions and drive successful project outcomes for the P-8 community.
