I have been a Texas Notary Signing Agent for 1.5 years I am a NNA Certified Signing Agent and completed around 100 signings including Refis, Loan Mods, Tax, Debt, Sellers Packages, I 9 Gov, etc. I have been a Texas Real Estate Agent for over 5 years and have assisted clients in over 100 title company closings for FHA, VA, & Conventional loans because I take my clients all the way through to the closing table for each transaction. I have always taken care of my clients in both capacities as a signing agent and a real estate agent. I really enjoy signings and because I am new in the signing agent profession I am willing to take lower fees and travel distances for experience.
