I have been a Texas Notary Public since 1998, when I was a Legal Assistant who worked in environmental law, real estate law, municipal utility district legal counsel, attended regular board meetings and conducted elections. I worked with several hundred HOAs regarding governing documents, management certificates, collection matters and deed restriction enforcement. I was in this line of work for 18 years in Austin, Texas. After that time, when I moved to Waxahachie, I continued to notarize documents pertaining to construction contracts, property sales, family law pleadings as well as estate planning and title transfers and closings. I am currently available for Notary/Signing Agent travel as far south as Williamson County (Georgetown, TX), traveling north through Killeen, Temple, Waco, Hillsboro, all of Ellis County wherein I reside, and continuing north through Johnson, Tarrant, Dallas, and as far north as Collin County. I am open to other locations as well.
