I am a new notary in Texas and RON certified, however I was a former notary in Ohio years ago. Although I am a new Texas notary, I do have over 16 years of experience in the lending industry. In 2004 I was a licensed loan originator, for a warehouse mortgage broker in which I originated, & processed my loans by obtaining & scanning documents that were stipulated by the lender to their underwriters. In 2006 I also became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio as well. I moved to Texas in 2007 in which I became dual licensed as a loan officer and licensed Realtor. In 2009 I eventually went on to obtain my individual real estate broker license in Texas. Today, my fulltime job is a tax auditor, however I still maintain an active broker license in Texas. I am really excited to have this opportunity.
