I have been a Realtor in the State of Utah for 8 years. I have sat through hundreds of closings which makes me highly proficient on the paperwork involved on the Seller and Buyer sides of a transaction. I have had several clients in need of a mobile notary in order to close in a timely manner so I am offering this service to others. I charge $125 plus an extra $20 if documents need to be scanned. For other notary services not real estate related, I charge $50-75 depending on whats involved.
