I work to ensure that your borrower has the best signing experience possible. I go over each document thoroughly to ensure dates, signature, and initials are correctly and completely filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cance and 1003 to so that they are properly filled out.
If I happen to make a mistake, I will stop everything and fix the mistake as soon as possible.
The documents that I fill out will be returned promptly. As soon as the signing is complete, I will scan and drop off through FedEx at the earliest time possible. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
