I'm NNA certified, and a Loan Signing System Certified Agent. I understand an incomplete signing or signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow. I don't miss dates, initials, or signatures. I guide the borrower through all important docs: the closing statement, the deed, and CD. I am impartial, and knowledgeable. I always make sure the borrower initials any corrections to the notice of right to cancel. Or if lines are blank, I'll have borrower fill in the dates themselves. I make sure that everything needs to be insanely neat. All forms come back completely filled out, whether that be PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. I will always return docs first thing next morning or immediately after I sign them, if it is in business hours. Whatever is easier for you. I'm available anytime, not picky about appointment times.
