As a notary, I administer oath and affirmations before notarizing borrower's signature where necessary. When a client has questions related to fees, I promptly direct them to the lender for assistance. I make sure the borrower has their copy of the closing package and deliver signed loan documents to the designated office. I am entrusted with sensitive and private borrower information while transporting documents between Escrow//Title and borrowers.
