Please let me introduce myself, I am Susan Lanier, the owner of Willow Notary Solutions. I am a Virginia commissioned Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent. My services also include Apostille services, General/Specialty Notarizing, Ink Fingerprinting, Translations Services and Exam Proctor.

I am available within normal business hours as well as outside the “normal” business hours for those clients that require late afternoons, evenings, weekends and holiday appointments. Also, to help customers to feel comfortable, I can meet them at a location of their choosing. Examples: home, Starbucks, library, etc.

The service areas for Mobile: Fauquier County, Prince William County, City of Manassas Park, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Culpeper County, Fredericksburg County and Orange County. Will consider outside my service areas with notice.

I am very focused on the following details during the entire signing process.
- Client is given a printed copy (ONLY single side)
- Administration of Oath/Affirmation
- Fill out and signing Patriot ACT
- Only borrowers sign the NOTE
- Notarizations performed ONLY in-person.
- Scans backs are provided when requested.
- Final quality check of document(s) prior to dropping off at FedEx/UPS.
- All documents are shipped out on time.
