We are a husband and wife team, with an excess, of thirteen years of loan signing experience. In addition, Kathryn brings thirty-five years of Realtor experience and ten years of appraisal experience to the table. Charles is retired, after a 30 year career, as a customer builder and owner of C. Blankenship Construction. He joined Kathryn in her signing business, Elite Signings four You, in 2010.

Our travel areas encompass the counties of Loudoun, Prince William, Fairfax and Fauquier. We service the towns of Manassas, Haymarket, Gainesville, Warrenton, Aldie, South Riding, Catharpin, Ashburn, and other areas within Virginia, upon request. Our fees are based upon travel distance and rush times.
