I have experience closing conventional mortgages such as Purchase, Refinance, Home Equity, Loan Modifications,, Reverse Mortgages, and Debt Consolidation. Traveling to borrower's homes/office to complete error-free documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Safe guarding borrower's financial information and getting loan packages back to the Lender in a timely manner.

I available to accept assignments in the Hampton Roads VA areas to include Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, Williamsburg, Hampton, and Norfolk.
