Additionally, Virginia does not require Notaries to be bonded or carry any E & O Insurance. However, I carry $1,000,000 E & O Insurance.

I have experienced many types of purchase transactions such as Refinance Loans, Conventional, VA, FHA, Reverse Mortgages, HELOCs, Partial and Split Signings, Loan Applications, Loan Modification, Time Shares, Out of State Vehicle Purchases, Debt Settlement, Identity Proofing, and Trust documents. Also, I am Electronic Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia in which I perform remote online notarization (RON).
