My name is LaToya Powell, and I am a certified notary and signing agent through National Notary Associates (NNA) and Loan Signing System (LSS). My services are available 24/7 because I understand some schedules need special accommodations. Yes, this includes Saturday and Sunday.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the medical field. I am an expertise for attention to detail with excellent customer service. I love interacting with various people to help them reach their goals. I carry E & O insurance and I have a clear background check through NNA. This is available upon request.

I have an awesome printer with scanner that has a print speed of up to 25 ISO ppm to ensure high-volume printing productivity. My goal is to complete the notary signings on the same day. I have a laptop with a hotspot to assure the process runs efficient. When I receive documents, I will take the time to review, and I will double check after the client has signed to assure the signing is error free.

I will commute to areas such as Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Yorktown etc. I strive to provide excellent customer service and to assure the process is error free.
