I have been a Notary Signing Agent since April of 2015. Since that time I have done well over 3000 closings, loan apps, reverse mortgages, and purchases. I will do what is necessary to get the closing completed. I have done 2 closings around midnight, and also at 6:00 in the morning. I am very flexible and will travel up to an hour from my home. I feel I have a good rapport with the borrower and have had several call the companies to compliment me on the job I did for them. I work the following counties and cities. Chesterfield Co, Henrico, Hanover, Richmond City, Prince Geo. Co., Petersburg, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Dinwiddie Co., Blackstone, Emporia, Disputanta. I do charge an extra fee if I need to drive more than an hour from home, if I am called at the last minute and it will be late when I get home. I very much enjoy doing this job and hope to be able to continue for a long time to come.
