Hello! My name is Evans Ndalama. My philosophy is embedded in this principle, “Working diligently on all projects and assignments, ensuring the creation and addition of value.” I have worn several professional hats and the best of them all has been that of a Researcher/Statistician in public health. Currently, I work at Lowe’s, and working with this company has taught me how to provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers responsibly while at the same time ensuring that a relationship of mutual trust between me and my customer is created and cemented. Although this is the first time I am venturing into this industry, I can guarantee you that, I am a fast learner, multi-tasker, goal-oriented, easily adaptable in a multicultural environment, and will diligently fulfill every assignment promptly.

I am originally from Mbala a small district in the Northern Province of Zambia, Africa. I graduated from the University of Zambia with a BA in demography and Economics. I also possess a Master of Public Management from Potsdam University, Germany. Currently, I am pursuing an online Master of Public Health degree from the University of New England.
I am married to my wife of 25 years and we are the proud parents of four children. My favorite past time activities include watching soccer, listening to world news, reading fictional novels, writing scripture messages, and listening to gospel music. I also enjoy serving at the altar of our Lord as an Extraordinary Minister. Occasionally, I volunteer for charitable causes.

To gain insight into this business area, I have had the opportunity to shadow a colleague of mine who has been in this business for over 15 years on several occasions.
