I have a knack for assessing situations and people and adapting as necessary to help people feel comfortable. I know how important it is for the signer to have a good experience, as that reflects positively on all of us! I understand the need to be educated, yet impartial as I guide the signer through our time together.

I'm organized, punctual, thorough, prepared, and I understand the loan signing process. I understand the importance of not missing dates, initials, or signatures. I'm able to walk your client through all of the critical documents such as the Note, Closing Statement, the Deed, PCOR, and the Closing Disclosure.

I recognize that there is some variance in how title and escrow companies want their signings completed, and I know that it's important for me to keep the lines of communication open in case questions arise. I consider my job an extension of your job and will do my best to give you a great experience, as well.
