I also hold a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license, Virginia Land Title Association (VLTA) License, and am in the process of opening my own title company. Coming from a family background in the mortgage industry—my mother owns her own mortgage company—I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with loan closing documents.
