I am a licensed Notary with my own title abstracting company. Before starting my own company I worked with a Title Insurance company in Processing and Closing then became an AVP of National Agency. I left there and started my own company 18 years ago. I carry E & O Insurance and will travel to areas within a 1+- hour radius of Lynchburg, VA (including Roanoke, Farmville and Surrounding areas). I will not close at a clients home but am happy to meet them at their workplace, lenders office, realtors office or place of business. I have a very good understanding of loan documents including the closing disclosure, note, deed of trust, loan app., escrow disclosure, 4506 along with title affidavits, affiliated business disclosure and disbursement forms.
