I am a NNA Certified Signing Agent, located in Fredericksburg, VA
I have one year as a notary and signed agent, along with 21 years as a Realtor. My experience extends to working part-time with a settlement company and lenders filing paperwork at the courts, set- up appointments for closing, sending out documents.
With my real estate experience I’ve attended many closing over the 20 years. I’m taking the digital classes for a signing agent, and should be done very soon.
I volunteer for a few community organizations, and help with our homeless communities.
