I make sure all of the forms come back completely filled out, whether that be the statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. More importantly, I know how they are to be filled out. Let's be honest, most signing agents don't know how to fill out most forms and often miss the notary sections, that is something I will never do. There is nothing worse than signing agents who forget to stamp their acknowledgments or jurats.
