I am a NNA Certified National Notary Association (NNA) Notary Signing Agent. I provide Mobile Notary and Remote Online Notarization (RON) which include scanning and printing documents while on the go. I hold an Errors and Omission policy and have been passed my background screening provided by NNA. To date, I have signed over 500 + loan documents through various notary platforms and with direct and builder title companies. My experience include: Mortgage Refinance, Home Equity, Loan Modification, Piggyback Signing, Reverse Mortgage, Purchase Signings, Loan Applications, and Deed signings. The areas I cover are: Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Locust Grove, Mineral, and the Woodbridge area. I am available for signings Monday - Saturday from 8a.m. to 8p.m., and on Sundays from 12:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
